1. DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?

We do not offer any repairs or alterations on our bags. We recommend that you contact a local leatherworker, seamstress, or shoe repair shop for various inquiries about altering or repairing your Ragmaw bag.

2. WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A RAGMAW BAG?

​

You can purchase our bags here on our website. Ragmaw is online only; we do not have a retail shop. We ship all orders as quickly as possible from our studio in St. John's. Add your item to your cart and proceed through to checkout. Our website accepts secure payment via credit card and PayPal.  We re-stock and update our website inventory every Thursday at 2pm Eastern Time.

3. DO YOU WHOLESALE?

Yes, Ragmaw currently wholesales. If you are a retailer who is interested in carrying our products, please email us at info@ragmaw.com

4. CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?

​

We offer pick up on Wednesdays between 10am and 5pm at our studio location. We are located at 175 Water Street, St. John's NL. You can select pick up (at our St. John's location) if you are able to come to our studio -- please note, there is a flight of stairs to access our second floor studio. Wednesdays only, no exceptions or changes.

5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can find our purchase policies here.  All of our products are final sale

Please note, our website will only allow you to complete a purchase once you have manually checked a box to confirm that you have read our policies. It is your responsibility to review the policy before a purchase, the checking of the box will indicate that you have done so.

6. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Ragmaw products are shipped anywhere within North America.

7. WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
​
Ragmaw products are shipped on Tuesday morning and Thursday morning of each week. Please note that we experience higher order volumes during holiday seasons which may delay the dispatch of your bag -- we recommend placing holiday/gift orders as soon as possible.

8. DO YOU TAKE ORDERS FOR CUSTOM/COMMISSIONED PIECES?

​We do not take custom orders. Our bags are made in production runs of 25-100.
​

9. I ORDERED A BAG ONLINE BUT IT HASN'T ARRIVED. WHY?
​
Due to increased demands on mail carriers during inclement weather and/or holiday seasons, deliveries can tend to move more slowly.  When your bag ships from our studio, you will receive an automated email from Canada Post (with tracking information); please follow the progress of your order there.
 
Please double check that you are entering your address correctly; shipping labels are generated automatically from the information provided by the customer upon checkout. Ragmaw cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost due to incorrect entry of a shipping address.

When placing your order, please enter an email address that you use regularly; automated emails with your order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to that email address (double check that your email address is entered correctly).  You can also contact Canada Post by telephone, with your tracking number, if you want to confirm the location of your parcel at a given time.

10. I WOULD LIKE TO RESERVE A BAG THAT I'VE SEEN ONLINE BUT I WANT TO KEEP BROWSING FIRST -- WILL MY BAG BE HELD IN THE ONLINE SHOPPING CART?

A bag purchase is only confirmed once the checkout process + payment has been completed. Placing a bag in the shopping cart does not guarantee purchase.

11. CAN YOU HOLD A BAG FOR ME?
​
We cannot hold bags. We do not offer local pick-up. Our manufacturing facility is located in St. John's, Newfoundland; all bags are designed and hand made there, but the facility is not open to the public.

12. I MISSED A SALE. I FORGOT TO ENTER THE PROMO CODE. CAN YOU APPLY A DISCOUNT THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY OFFERED?

We cannot apply discounts after a sale or discount offer has ended.
We also cannot apply a discount retroactively.
​

13. I WANT A PARTICULAR BAG. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE BACK IN STOCK?
 
We re-stock our website every Thursday at 2pm eastern time. You can check the website at that time to see if your preferred bag is back. Please note that, currently, we are not able to give timelines for particular bags (this is due to delayed fabric shipments).

14. DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
​
We don't offer gift cards/certificates.
